I like having a general menu, a header, and a main view to navigate the site, so this is the main reason I decided to use frames.

Now, I know that I could have also the same results using divs.
The fact is that using divs the contents of the pages grows (since the page has embeded the contents and also the menu and the header) and so does the bandwith.
